Project overview
This project tackled Oracle EBS and NetSuite performance and scalability challenges posed by rapid business growth and increased transaction volumes. Billing, payments, account indexing, and service requests all experienced delays and SLA risks.

With a dedicated Automation and Performance COE, we implemented a structured UFT automation framework, CI/CD integration, and server-side monitoring through New Relic. Early bottleneck detection using component-level and service-level performance testing and targeted performance tuning for improved response times were facilitated. The engagement resulted in improved system stability, higher automation adoption, reduced operational costs, and consistent SLA compliance.
